Custom made orthotic shoe inserts may help correct postural misalignment, uneven leg length, spinal curvature and tilted pelvis. Foot evaluation is done in office and should include a thorough review of the current musculoskeletal  situation with the patient.  Common foot conditions corrected include pronation, supination, pes planas( or dropped arches),  plantar fasciitis, high arches and other biomechanical abnormalities of the foot. Casting is done in the office including weight bearing and non-weight bearing casting.
